Maral Services SRL is a Romanian company, located in Galati, in the vicinity of Damen Shipyard. Since 2017, the company operates us a temporary work agency specialized in providing skilled technical personnel for industrial and shipbuilding projects across Europe. In October 2017, Maral Services obtained its official authorization as a Temporary Work Agency also in the Netherlands, in accordance with Dutch legal provisions. This authorization allowed the company to operate legally and transparently across borders, strengthening its ability to provide workforce mobility within the European Union.

In 2025, in collaboration with Hai Phong Electrical Industrial Joint Stock Company (HEIJCO) – Vietnam, Maral Services established a branch in Vietnam, including a Training Center for Qualified Personnel in Shipbuilding. This expansion represents an extraordinary strategic advantage, enhancing the company’s ability to develop and manage a global talent pool. From this center, candidates with the highest technical competencies are selected and employed within Maral Services SRL Romania, contributing to a sustainable international workforce pipeline.
